What we collect
Your email address, and whatever else you choose to share — name, practice area, seniority, or a brief note — depending on which form you use: job alerts, a candidate profile submission, a hiring manager job posting, or a recruiter network application.
How we use it
To notify you about matching openings, to represent you to employers (candidates), to give you access to the candidate pool (hiring managers), or to follow up on a network application (recruiters) — never for purposes beyond what you actually signed up for.
What we don't do
We never sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes. This is the same commitment behind the "No resale of candidate data" promise on the rest of this site — your contact information is not a product.
Opting out
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email dkaufman@counsel-ledger.com directly and we'll remove you — honored within 10 business days, consistent with CAN-SPAM requirements.
