Derivatives Associate

What we're looking for

• We are looking for a junior Derivatives associate to join our Asset Management group in DC or NY. Ideal candidate will have some relevant derivatives experience from a bank, law firm, asset manager, or broker-dealer. Experience drafting and negotiating any of the following would be helpful: trading agreements, derivatives documentation, ISDAs, MRAs, GMRAs, MSFTAs, MCAs, prime brokerage agreements,
