CLO/ABL/Structured Finance, Junior to Mid-Level Associate

What we're looking for

• The Structured Finance team is seeking associates with 2-6+ years of substantial experience in either private securities offerings and/or securitization OR general bank lending (including syndicated lending), asset-backed lending and/or structured lending. CLO, ABS and /or CMBS experience is also a plus, but not required. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and solid law firm work
