What we're looking for

• Hogan Lovells Cadwalader's DC office is seeking a highly motivated junior tax associate with Big 4 experience to join its dynamic and growing tax practice. Ideal candidates will have transactional tax, M&A or international tax experience from a Big Four national tax practice or the IRS National Office. Candidates with 3-5 years' experience are preferred. The tax associate will work on a range of s
