What we're looking for

• The Senior Director, Mergers & Acquisitions Counsel will serve as a lead legal advisor and legal project leader for M&A and corporate development activities. The role is designed to strengthen NXP's internal transaction capability, improve execution speed and consistency, and build repeatable processes that optimize external counsel (and where appropriate reduce external counsel support over time)
